Property Service
In the context of its property service, the STEG markets commercial properties, especially properties situated in “Blauer See Business Park”. The STEG also assists private property owners in renting and marketing their commercial premises, real estate and commodities.

Business Services Rüsselsheim
In the context of the Business Services Rüsselsheim, a joint initiative of the STEG and the City Business Development, the STEG provides comprehensive consultancy services to investors (investment service), supports and guides businesses through administration processes, and moderates planning conferences with municipal authorities.
